Our mission is to improve the quality of life for adults living with trauma and other mental disorders by providing access to quality psychotherapy while eliminating barriers people face when seeking help. My aim is to help you better understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, what they mean, and how they relate to your present day struggles and challenges. Together, we will work to deepen your awareness and understanding of your needs, desires, and patterns of relating so you may experience a more authentic and fulfilling life.
Services
15 Minutes Telehealth Consultations
The initial consultation is a 15 minute meeting so I can inquire about the services the client is looking for and to answer any questions they may have at that time, and to see if I might be a good fit for that client.
Telehealth Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluations
The Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation is a biopsychosocial assessment/interview to gather pertinent information in order to obtain a preliminary mental health diagnosis.
Brief Emotional/Behavioral Assessments
Brief Emotional/Behavioral Assessments are assessments filled out by the clients to help gauge the severity of their symptoms and to aid in diagnosing mental health disorders.
Telehealth Psychotherapy
Telehealth Psychotherapy is a 53 minute talk therapy session geared towards the client's specific goals.

I highly recommend Operation Healing Connection! I have been seen by Mrs. Natalie for 2 years now and it’s been a wonderful experience. I have done my fair share of in-person therapy appointments and they were not working with my schedule, so I switched to Telehealth therapy and I am glad I did.
